Tournament Information

Dates:
League Games – Tuesday’s & Thursday’s, July 9th thru August 1
Playoff’s & Championship – Tuesday, August 6th and Thursday, August 8th

Game Times:
6pm – 7pm – 8pm

Groups:
4th Grade / 5th Grade / 6th & 7th Grade / Middle School Girl’s / High School Girl’s

Game Guarantee:
Each team will receive an 8 game guarantee over 4 weeks.

Player Roster:
Tournament rules limit roster to 10 players and 2 coaches.

Format:
Formatted to number of teams in each division.
(Round Robin / Pool Play / Bracket)

Local Certified Referees

  1. Score Keeping: Each team is responsible for supplying someone to sit at scoring table keep their teams books. We will provide sheets and pens.
  2. Two (2) minute warm-up and two (2) halftime.
  3. Halves: 18 min Running Clock
  4. Clock stops last 2 minutes of each half
  5. Overtime: 2 minutes each
  6. Forfeit Time – Ten (10) minutes after scheduled game time.
  7. Technical/Intentional Fouls – 2 points awarded and the ball out of bounds.
  8. Cleanup: Please cleanup your area after each game for the next team.

At the check in you will need the following:

  • Completed Tournament Roster
  • Proof of Grade Forms
  • Age Exception Documents
  • Coaches ID’s

Uniforms:
Teams competing in the tournament must have white and dark jerseys. The visitors shall wear dark jerseys and the home shall wear white. If you are using Tournament Uniforms, coaches are responsible for checking them out and back in Tournament Staff.

Seeding:
The top 4 finishers from the tournament will be seeded. All other teams seeded based on tournament past records.

Basketballs:
Rawlings AAU Logo basketballs will be furnished for warm-ups and games. DO NOT bring any basketballs!

Awards:
Team Trophies and Individual Awards will be awarded to top team in each age group.

Check In:
Teams will receive their check in time prior to the tournament. There will be an EXPRESS CHECK IN! For those of you that submit all of the necessary information by the entry deadline, (Completed Roster, Proof of Grade Forms, Age Exception Documents, etc.) you will be able to go through an express check in to obtain your coaches packet and passes. It is not mandatory. It is an option being made available to the coaches to expedite the check in process. Deadline for express check-in is the same as listed above. Information not received by deadline will be checked in non-express.
